Mr. Nand Kishore Aggarwal, Chairman, Crystal Crop Protection is the custodian of Crystal Group and a strong advocate of transforming India through Agriculture. His business acumen and innovative thinking combined with an avid passion for agriculture have made Crystal one among the fastest growing agrochemical companies in India providing seed to harvest solutions. Mr. Aggarwal spearheads the Group’s strategic areas of Research & Development and New Product Development, besides guiding the Group’s management team on new strategic initiatives.

Mr Ankur Aggarwal, a post-graduate in marketing from the University of De Montfort (UK) and a Harvard Alumni, took charge as Managing Director of the Crystal Crop Protection in 2006.

​Under Mr Aggarwal’s dynamic leadership, the organization has gone through a complete Business Process Re-engineering where in all functions have been redesigned to meet global standards. He took on the challenge of modernising and revolutionizing the company and has been instrumental in upgrading IT, Supply chain, purchase function and automating manufacturing units.

Mr. Nirwal started his career with Crystal Crop Protection Ltd. from 1990 and has 28 years of experience in Crop Protection Industry. He holds a master’s degree in science (agriculture) from the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and also participated in the programme on agricultural input marketing conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad in 2008.

Nitin is a Chartered Accountant and working with Crystal Group since 2013. He has vast experience of over 18 years in the domain of Business Planning and Analysis, Corporate Accounts, Treasury and Internal Audits. His experience spans companies like Hindustan Times, Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, Amar Ujala and Turner International (Time Warner Group) in various roles and domains.
