His business acumen and innovative thinking combined with an avid passion for subject of chemistry and agriculture is behind Crystal’s meteoric growth, making it among the fastest growing agrochemical companies in India. Aggarwal has many introductions of latest chemical technologies at affordable prices in the Indian agrochemical Industry to his credit. Under his encouraging and strategic guidance, the company has shown all round development in R&D, Product development, and Extension services. After successfully taking Crystal to the path of success, Aggarwal today spearheads the group’s strategic areas of Research and development and New Product Development, along with constantly guiding the team on new strategic initiatives.

He was re-appointed pursuant to a Board resolution dated March 29, 2017 for a period of five years. Apart from being a successful and a passionate professional, he is also a philanthropist. Aggarwal has been the Director of CCFI, President of HPMA and active member of CAPMA. He is also associated with various social activities for the benefit of the farmers and the economically weaker sections of the society. He is also the president of Bharat Lok Shikhsha Parishad.

In the strategic blueprint, he aims for both inorganic and organic growth, not only in India but also overseas, covering agro-chemicals, seeds, biologicals, and farm equipment.

Under his dynamic leadership, the organization has gone through a complete Business Process Re-engineering with all functions redesigned to meet global standards.

With extensive experience and a deep understanding of emerging trends and market dynamics, Mr. Aggarwal currently chairs CropLife India as the Vice Chairman. In addition to this, he is also the Governing council member of ACFI, Member of CII, National Agriculture Committee on Agriculture and an eminent Member of YPO & EO Delhi Chapter.

Besides his active involvement in business, Mr. Aggarwal supports enormous social and educational initiatives through the active CSR wing round the year.

He currently resides in Delhi with his two beautiful daughters, his wife Mrs. Komal Aggarwal, and his father Mr. Nand Kishore Aggarwal.

Sarjiwan Manhas is an Industry Veteran with over 36 year of rich experience across functions including Research & Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory & Policy Advisory, Human Resources. Prior to joining Crsytal, He has worked with Syngenta Crop Protection Private Ltd., Bayer Crop Science India Ltd., Aventis Crop Science, Hoechst/ Agrevo, Sudarshan Chemicals Industries.

Over 40 years’ of industry experience - prior work experience at Bayer Crop Science.

Responsible for identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

Holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture.

Satyender Singh has experience of more than 25 years in the Agri input industry in various leadership role .  Prior to joining Crystal he has worked with Monsanto / Bayer  and was Director  of  Mahyco Monsanto Biotech India Limited . He is EMBA from Olin Business School , Washigton University in St louis USA and MSc Agri from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agri University .

Nitin Agarwal  is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and working with Crystal Group since 2013. He has vast experience of over 20 years in the domain of Business Planning & Analysis, Fund Raising, Treasury and Internal Audits. His experience spans companies like Hindustan Times, Bharti Tele-Ventures, Tata Teleservices, Amar Ujala and Turner International (Time Warner Group) in various roles and domains

Legal Professional with 21+ years of experience of Advocacy in handling Legal & Company Affairs, Litigation Management, Trade Marks, Copyright and Patent.
Skilled in handling civil, criminal & commercial matters and appearing before different High Court, District & Sessions Court, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, Commissions and other adjudicating authority.
Expertise in handling Legal Functions pertaining to planning, litigation matters, IPR issues , Documentation, Drafting & Vetting and Pleading before Courts. 
Proficient in creating legal frame work and policies to render support & timely advice to  Management.

Abhishek holds a provisional certificate of bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta and a post graduate diploma in management from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. He is associated with Crystal since September, 2013. He is responsible for making all procurement strategies, identifying areas of cost-optimizations through robust planning and ensure business continuity through effective supply chain management strategies. He has an overall experience of more than 11 years in manufacturing, import & export, and finance domains of different sectors like Agro/Fine Chemicals, automobile & textile.  Prior to joining Crystal, he was working with Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd and BG Jeffrey Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Sohit comes with 15+ years of experience across crop protection, vegetable seed and crop nutrition businesses with hands on experience in managing Asia’s largest Agri value chain and potato sourcing business.

Prior to joining Crystal, he has worked with PepsiCo, Sinochem, Mosaic, and Bayer (Nunhems).

A Business Technologist with over 25 years of global cross-functional experience in Business, IT, Digital & Security, with more focus on enhancing the customer experience. He worked across a wide gamut of areas in IT, Digital & Security with a progressive experience in different roles (like Head IT, CIO, Group CIO) and lead global IT & Digital initiatives in various manufacturing organisation and Creating Business Values. He worked with some good organizations such as JK Industries, Videocon, IBM, Tata Technologies, Finolex Industries, Kirloskar Brothers, and Mankind Pharma, where he held key positions in IT. These roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of the IT landscape, its impact on business processes operations & automations.

Mohit Kumar Goel is a Vice President - Corporate Licensing of our Company.

He attended a bachelor’s degree course in commerce from the Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and a master’s degree course in commerce from the M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

He has been associated with our Company since June 2009. He is responsible for all our manufacturing facilities as occupier and for corporate liasoning. He has more than 10 years of experience in administration services. Mr. Kalambe holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, MBA in financial management & Six Sigma Black Belt. With 23 years of experience, he has a strong background in Manufacturing & Business Strategy, Plant Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Technology Transfer, Greenfield Project, EHS, Compliance Management & Industry 4.0 Automation.

Before joining Crystal, he held key positions at B.V.C., Huntsman, Aarti Industries, Thermax Ltd, BASF, Bayer Crop Science and Gharda Chemical, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Mr. Kewala Nand Mishra has joined us as Vice President – Formulation.

He is a seasoned manufacturing professional with 27 years of experience, with an extensive background in manufacturing and plant operations, process improvement, and project execution & management.
